Wondering how our services work? Our most asked social media questions about our services:

What happens after I sign up?

First, you submit payment. Then, you grant us access to your social media accounts. Next, we get to work on your strategy and plan, which can take up to 2 weeks. Once we’re finished with set up, you’ll receive an email from us letting you know we’ve gotten started. You’ll also receive your custom access to your social reports dashboard.

What does the process entail?

Our social media marketing services process is designed to be easy for you; we want to take work off your plate. That said, you’ll always be informed about where we are in the process, and what to expect next.

Do I have to write the posts, or find articles, for you to share?

No. We find and/or produce all of the content for you. You can always send us relevant information you come across for your business and we will post it as a special request post, but that is not required. You will also be able to continue to post yourself, if you prefer.

What content will you share on my company’s social media profiles?

We will post a variety of content on topics relevant to your business and to your target audience. We share multiple types of content, such as photos, videos, blogs, infographics, and links to useful information. We ensure the content we share on your behalf, on social networks, is appropriate, useful, and engaging.

May I still post to my social profiles?

Yes, absolutely! That doesn’t change. You’ll retain full access to all of your social media accounts, and you can post to those networks at any time.

Do you provide reports?

Yes! You’ll receive access to your custom social reports dashboard, which you can review at anytime on the Internet.

What if I want to quit?

You email or call us and let us know. We require a 30 day cancellation notice, so there’s usually one more payment due after you notify us. Once the 30 days are over, we remove ourselves from your social accounts, and destroy any records we have for your accounts, such as login information or images. 

Is there a contract?

This varies, and depends on the services you select. 

Who does the work?

Our 100%, USA-based staff. We don’t outsource or offshore your ongoing account management.

What if I don't like a post?

You tell us and we’ll delete it, and make sure to not post anything like it again. You can also delete it on your own, if you wish.

May I send you information to post?

Yes, anytime! If you would like for us to only use your content, please tell us that during our initial phone call.

What software do you use?

We use several industry-leading software to perform client work. We use Hootsuite 80% of the time, and rely on a few other software for special tasks.

Will you set up / fix my profiles?

Yes, we will! We charge an additional fee to set up or perform profile edits.

Do you create custom posts for us?

Yes, we write each status update for your social profiles.

Do we get to approve the content before you post it?

One of the reasons we can offer affordable pricing is our efficiency. Because of this, we typically do not send the content to our clients before posting it. Also, the nature of social media requires us to be flexible and nimble. We may find something appropriate to share for you, and waiting for approval may make it less relevant.

That said, we can provide a list of posts to you, before they “go live.”

Second, social media can help you expand your company’s awareness. Social media marketing is like going to a networking event and meeting thousands of people in the span of a few minutes. If you keep going to that networking event, and seeing those same people over and over again, eventually those people will become interested in your business.

Social media can help your business by getting in front of those people regularly and consistently. It’s top-of-mind marketing at its best.

Is social media marketing necessary?

In our opinion, yes. Social media marketing is similar to having a website, and these days, everyone needs a website.

But it’s not enough to have social media accounts set up – you have to use them.

Social media is like radio advertising or TV advertising – but much more effective and affordable. Where else can you get in front of thousands of people each month for as little as $150/month?

Can't I do this myself?

Yes, you can, but the better question to ask yourself is, “Should I do this myself?” Most small business owners and entrepreneurs don’t have the time (or patience) to learn how to use social media and then implement it themselves. Even if you have a staff member or intern, you still have to invest time training them, or invest money so that they can receive training. That’s why social media outsourcing makes a lot of sense.
