Social media platforms are constantly evolving to compete with competitors. What is cool about Reels is it has that same feature that TikTok has where you can use audio from other people. The audio might be musicians, it might be artists it could even be original audio somebody else on Instagram creates. Reels allows other people to re-use these audio bits for the background music of your Reel.
Instagram Reels Tutorial – Is It Just Instagram Stories on Steroids?
Like Instagram Stories, with Reels you also have all these other things you can do to enhance the visuals. You can pick a bunch of different types of effects, overlays, filters, text. It is like Stories but kicked up a notch.
After you pick your desired audio and effects, then you are ready to record. Hold down the button to shoot your video and let go of the button when you are done.
Now you are ready to post. Write your witty caption and decide if you would also like to share this to your feed.
Should I Share My Reels to my Feed?

Once you share your Reels you will see it show up in your feed, but it also shows up in the explore feed. That is important to do because the cool thing about an explore feed is that people who don’t know about your brand or have never seen your business can discover your brand. Reels can help you reach people who do not know about your brand. How is that so? First, it is a fun way to release different types of content. Second, it is kind of new right now so more people are using it and the sooner you jump on it probably the more impact you will have. Finally, it gets you in front of people who do not know about your brand who are just kind of scrolling through the explore feed.
