In 1981, Brian Winch started a business that provided litter clean up services to commercial property management companies. A few years ago, he decided he wanted to share his business model with as many people as possible, so he founded Cleanlots. Cleanlots is America’s simplest business model opportunity, and it’s all boiled down into Brian’s book, which shares all of Brian’s tips and tricks on setting up his original business.
We at BeeSmart Social Media have enjoyed working with Brian, learning about the Cleanlots business model, and helping to promote the book and business plan. We look forward to working with the Cleanlots team for years to come.

Cleanlots Behind the Scenes
Brian firmly believes in protecting the environment – he started a “green” business before it was cool. He would like for you to check out Keep America Beautiful to learn how you can help win the litter battle in your community. In his local community, Brian coached youth hockey for 12 seasons. He has raised funds for the special-needs school his son attended for 6 years, so that all the students could receive the support they needed to succeed in school. Brian has also been involved with Air Cadets.
When asked why he’s so generous with his time, Brian said, “You meet so many great people when you get involved, and get satisfaction knowing you’ve made a difference in someone’s life or community. That’s why I provide FREE support to anyone who buys my book, Cleanlots.”
