Building Business Resilience is part of our culture at BeeSmart Social Media.

Building business resilience is all about trying again after failing.  It is playing again after losing.  Most importantly, resilience is knowing that there is going to be a next even if you do not know what the next thing is.

How does this translate into business? We would love to share some examples of resilience in business from our business, BeeSmart Social Media.

Examples of building business resilience

If we have a client strategy that does not work, we do not give up on that client. We figure out why it did not work, and we try something new or we tweak the strategy to make it work.

That’s building business resilience.

Another example of resilience in business is we have not given up on our company vision amidst COVID-19. It has changed a little, but our vision is the same as it was at the end of 2019. We did not give up on it.

One more example of building business resilience is instead of focusing on what went wrong with an internal marketing campaign we figure out what went well and how to improve it in the future.

In marketing and in small business you must focus on building business resilience.

Not everything is going to go as planned. There are going to be some things that go incredibly wrong. Some things that maybe you had control of and a lot of things that you do not have control of.

That is just entrepreneurship. That is marketing and quite frankly that is life.

It requires resilience to wake up in the morning after a failure. Instead of dreading the consequences and dreading the day, you wake up thinking about how you are going to make it better. How will you do it better next time?

That is the resilience that I teach here at BeeSmart.

Resilience is one of our core values and I see it in myself.  I see it in my employees every single day. And I also see it in our clients and our referral partners. We look for resilience in people that we choose to associate ourselves with. Resilience is so crucial to success. If you do not have it, it is going to be hard to be successful. I am proud to represent a very resilient team at BeeSmart.  I am proud of my team; I am proud of my clients and I’m proud of the people who are in our ecosystem. Hands down they are some of the most resilient people I know.

We hope you find these little insights into behind the scenes at BeeSmart helpful. And we hope it gives you some idea about what we are all about here. Please be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel, like our Facebook page, or find us on our other social media channels.
